What We Do
Market research companies conduct secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research to support a hypothesis. Our tasks can vary from preliminary product research to optimizing a brand’s positioning. We work primarily with small and medium businesses that are preparing new product launches, optimizing existing revenue streams, or considering expansion into new locations.
How We Do It
Our staff of researchers utilizes a variety of research methodologies to arrive at quantifiable results. Our laboratory hosts focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and usability studies. We develop surveys, conduct ethnographic field research, and perform secondary research using proprietary market research databases. While many of our research methods are highly technical in nature, sometimes the best solutions come from a postscript note on a blog or from unintentional wisdom gleaned during a focus group. Our job is to identify relevant information to the problem at hand and creative cohesive strategic recommendations from our findings.
